1. Services Provided

SEOAesthetic offers local SEO, Google Business Profile management, AI-powered content generation, review management, citation optimization, and ranking reports. Our services are designed to enhance online visibility and improve search rankings for businesses.

2. Payment Terms

• Clients agree to pay the total monthly subscription fee based on the selected service plan.

• Payments are processed via Stripe subscription and are charged on the same date each month.

• Payment failures or late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.

3. Performance Guarantee

We guarantee that your business will achieve Page 1 rankings on Google Search (organic) or Google Maps (GMB/GBP) within 6 months, provided that:

• Full access to the website & Google Business Profile is granted.

• Targeted keywords and categories are agreed upon in advance.

• The client maintains an active subscription for at least 6 months.

If Page 1 rankings are not achieved within 6 months, the client will be eligible for a full refund for that specific location or website. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days following confirmation of non-performance.

🚨 Refunds are forfeited if services are canceled before 6 months.

4. Reporting & Results

• SEOAesthetic provides detailed monthly performance reports showcasing keyword rankings, engagement metrics, and service impact.

• Reports are shared via email and can be reviewed with our SEO experts for further insights.

• SEO performance is influenced by search engine algorithms, market competition, and industry changes, which may affect ranking fluctuations.

5. Cancellation Policy

• No long-term contracts - SEOAesthetic operates on a month-to-month basis.

• Clients may cancel at any time by providing a written notice via email at least 21 days before the next billing date.

• Cancellations made within less than 21 days of the next billing date may still be charged for the following cycle.

• Early termination before 6 months forfeits eligibility for refunds.

6. Data & Confidentiality

• SEOAesthetic respects client confidentiality and will not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties without explicit consent.
• Clients agree not to reproduce, distribute, or misuse proprietary SEO strategies or AI-powered optimization methods used by SEOAesthetic.

7. Limitation of Liability

• SEOAesthetic is not liable for search engine algorithm changes, external SEO penalties, or ranking fluctuations beyond our control.

• We do not guarantee a specific revenue increase as a result of our services but ensure best-practice strategies for visibility improvement.

• Clients acknowledge that SEO success depends on multiple external factors, including competition, industry trends, and Google policies.

8. Term of Agreement

This agreement remains in effect on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party per the cancellation policy in Section 5.
